Acceptable Use & Likeness Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use & Likeness Policy explains what you may and may not create with Yontari. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to these rules. We may update this policy as our product and applicable law evolve.

2. What Yontari Is — and Is Not

Yontari is an automated tool that reconstructs a downloadable 3D asset (mesh and textures) from a reference image you provide. It is designed for objects, environments, and original or stylized characters. Depictions of real people are permitted only within the strict limits set out above and in Sections 3–5 below.

Yontari does not provide, and must not be used for, any of the following:

• Face swapping, face replacement, or identity substitution;
• Facial recognition, face matching, reverse face search, biometric identification, or identity verification;
• Deepfakes or the impersonation of any real individual;
• Voice cloning, audio generation, or video generation;
• Automated decision-making, categorization, or profiling of people.

3. Depicting Real People — Consent Is Required

You may create a 3D model that depicts a real, identifiable person only if you are that person or you have that person’s explicit consent — and even then only as a stylized, non-photorealistic depiction. Ultra-realistic or photorealistic likenesses of real people are never permitted, regardless of consent (see Section 4). You are solely responsible for holding the rights and permissions necessary for anything you upload or generate.

Regardless of consent, you may not use Yontari to generate a likeness of a public figure, celebrity, or politician for impersonation, endorsement, deception, or any misleading purpose, and you may not use any output to impersonate a person or misrepresent their identity.

4. Human Faces & Likenesses

Yontari does not permit the generation of ultra-realistic or photorealistic human faces, or realistic likenesses of real people — regardless of consent. Any depiction of a real, identifiable person additionally requires that person’s explicit consent (see Section 3). Consistent with this policy, Yontari does not showcase human faces or real-person likenesses in its gallery, homepage, or marketing.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not use Yontari to create:

• Depictions of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent;
• Impersonations, deepfakes, digital doubles, or misleading likenesses of real individuals, including public figures and celebrities;
• Face swaps or identity substitutions;
• Ultra-realistic or photorealistic human faces, or realistic likenesses of real people;
• Nudity, sexual, or pornographic content of any kind, and any sexually suggestive content involving minors;
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — this is prohibited under all circumstances and reported to the appropriate authorities;
• Extreme graphic violence or gore, or content that promotes self-harm or terrorism;
• Content that harasses, defames, defrauds, threatens, or facilitates identity theft against any person;
• Hateful content targeting people based on a protected characteristic;
• Content that infringes another party’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
• Any content that is otherwise illegal under applicable law.

6. Privacy of Your Content

Your uploaded images and generated models are private to your account by default. A model appears in our public gallery only if you separately and explicitly choose to submit it, and only after review — and you must hold all necessary likeness and intellectual-property permissions before doing so. 7. Enforcement

We may review generations for policy compliance, and we may remove or disable access to any content, and suspend or terminate any account, that violates this policy — without refund. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. We also comply with valid legal requests and takedown notices.

8. Reporting Abuse

To report content that violates this policy, or to request removal of a model that depicts you without your consent, contact us at [email protected] or through our contact form. We act on valid reports promptly.
