Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Yontari (the “Service”) is operated by Ilter Aksoy, a sole proprietor established in the Republic of Türkiye (“Yontari”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Service Description

Yontari is a web-based platform that uses third-party AI models to generate 3D models from images and text prompts. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit basis. Credits are debited per generation based on the selected quality grade (Draft, Standard, Pro or Ultra). Your monthly subscription credits and any separately purchased top-up packs remain in your balance and never expire — they roll over indefinitely while your account exists, including after you cancel a subscription.

The Service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about output quality, model accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated 3D model quality varies based on input quality and model complexity.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Providing accurate and current account information.
• Promptly notifying us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your inputs and outputs

You retain full ownership of the images and prompts you upload (“Inputs”) and the 3D models generated from them (“Outputs”). You may use the Outputs for any personal or commercial purpose, subject to applicable law and the restrictions in these Terms.

4.2 License to operate the service

By uploading Inputs, you grant Yontari a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your Inputs solely for the purpose of generating your Outputs and providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete the relevant generation or your account.

4.3 Yontari IP

All software, design, trademarks, and platform infrastructure underlying the Service are owned by or licensed to Yontari. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or reproduce our platform.

4.4 Your content warranties

By uploading Inputs, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and consents necessary to upload them and to have the Outputs generated — including, where an Input depicts a person, that person's explicit consent to create a 3D likeness — and that your Inputs and your use of the Outputs do not and will not infringe or violate any third party's intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or other rights, or any applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold Yontari harmless from any claim, loss, or demand arising out of Inputs you upload or your use of the Outputs in breach of these Terms.

4.5 Copyright complaints & takedown

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with the subject “Takedown” and include: (a) identification of the work you claim is infringed; (b) identification of the material and enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the generation or account involved); (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing, notify the affected user, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. An affected user may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload images or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or that infringes third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Generate a 3D model that depicts a real, identifiable person — including their face, likeness, or body — unless you are that person or have their explicit, documented consent. This restriction applies equally to ultra-realistic, stylized, and animated human likenesses.
• Generate ultra-realistic or photorealistic human faces, or realistic likenesses of real people. Yontari is for objects, environments, and original or stylized characters, and such requests are rejected.
• Impersonate any person, or create a “digital double,” deepfake, or other misleading likeness of a real individual — including public figures, celebrities, and politicians — for any purpose.
• Perform or facilitate face swapping, face replacement, or identity substitution of any kind.
• Use the Service or its outputs for facial recognition, face matching, biometric identification, identity verification, or any automated decision-making about individuals.
• Generate nudity, sexual, or pornographic content of any kind, or any sexual content involving minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited under all circumstances and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Generate extreme graphic violence or gore, or content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or unlawful violence.
• Use the outputs to harass, defraud, defame, or facilitate identity theft against any person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its API.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, generate bulk outputs, or circumvent rate limits without written permission.
• Resell API access or generation capacity to third parties without prior written agreement.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5.1 What the Service does not do

Yontari is an automated tool that reconstructs a 3D asset from an image (and an optional text prompt) you provide. It does not perform face swapping, facial recognition, face matching, identity verification, biometric analysis, voice cloning, or video generation, and it does not identify, categorize, or make automated decisions about people.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without refund, and to remove or disable access to any offending content.

6. Billing and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through our third-party payment provider, which acts as our Merchant of Record and is identified at checkout. Credits purchased separately are non-expiring. You may request a refund of a purchase within 30 days of payment for any credits you have not yet used, consistent with our Merchant of Record's buyer terms and your statutory consumer rights; credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable, and beyond the 30-day window credits are non-refundable except as required by law. If a generation fails due to a Service error (not an input quality issue), the credits consumed are refunded to your account automatically.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YONTARI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and execution offices of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
